CHANDA SREENIVAS RAO

Following the footsteps of his grandfather and father Shri. Chanda Parameshwar Rao, joined CAP in 1987, he also has decades of experience and visionary leadership. Sreenivas continues to drive the company’s expansion, ensuring customer-centric and innovative solutions in every project. He also played a key role in initiating import of gold in south India through NA under OGL and SIL (schemes by govt of India) during 1996.
CHANDA VENKATESH

Venkatesh son of Shri Chanda Parameshwar Rao, joined CAP in the year 1999. He has strengthened the company by effectively handling financial and marketing aspects. He is the Director at Kalasha Realtors, has been pivotal in steering the company towards excellence in real estate development. With his deep expertise in financial management and marketing, he continues to drive growth.
